Your data rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to: see a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we've shared it with; correct or complete it; erase it; withdraw any consent you've given; or nominate someone to act for you. You can also raise a grievance about how we've handled your data.

We'll acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example, by replying from the email address on your order) so we never release your data to someone else. Making a request is free.
