Where we ship

We ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code can't be served, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

How long it takes

Stage	Usual time
Printing and packing (made to order)	2 to 4 working days
Delivery after dispatch	3 to 6 working days
Total, most orders	5 to 10 working days

Remote areas, including some north-eastern pin codes, and periods such as festivals or bad weather can take longer. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get the tracking details by email or SMS. Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can contact you.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we'll reprint it or refund you in full. If your order hasn't reached you within 20 days of ordering, you can cancel it for a full refund unless it's already out for delivery.

If delivery fails

Couriers usually attempt delivery more than once. If the parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout.
